- User documentation is available from within the software or download. If you can't read it within the application (Help->UserGuides), you can view them by clicking here.
- Register for Free Support through our Online Help Desk if you need support or have encountered a problem which you believe is a defect in the software. You will receive a reply within one business day.
- Call us at 1-619-543-0200 or (toll-free in US) 1-877-STORIX-1 Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays.
- URGENT recovery situations after business hours, call us at 1-619-543-0200 and select option #3 for urgent support and leave a message with the information requested. An on-call technician will be paged and will call you back within two hours.
