What We Provide

blue_squareYou can submit questions online 24-hours a day. However, responses are provided
         during U.S. business hours.
blue_squareRegular telephone support is provided during business hours in the U.S.
blue_squareUrgent telephone call-back support is provided 24-hours a day, 7 days a week for
        matters regarding system recovery. When using this option for other matters, callers
        will be placed on hold until the start of the next business day.

         best to prevent ever hearing from you.

Our Terms

  • blue_squareSupport is provided for the version of the software which was purchased for at least
             6 months following the release of the next available version.
    blue_squareRelease-level upgrades, mod-level updates, and patches are available at no charge.
    blue_squareNew versions offered within 6 months of purchasing the prior version are available at
             no charge.
    blue_squareNew version upgrades may be purchased at a 50% discount for 6 months after
             availability.
