during U.S. business hours.
Regular telephone support is provided during business hours in the U.S.
Urgent telephone call-back support is provided 24-hours a day, 7 days a week for
matters regarding system recovery. When using this option for other matters, callers
will be placed on hold until the start of the next business day.
